How It Works

If you have never worked with an immigration attorney, the process can feel like a mystery. Here is what it actually looks like, step by step, in plain language.

Working With Us, Step by Step

The same calm, clear process whether your matter is simple or complicated.

You request a consultation

You reach out by phone, email, or the consultation form, and tell us a little about your situation. You only need to share what you are comfortable sharing. We respond within one business day to set up a time to talk, in English or Spanish.

We listen and explain your options

In the consultation, we ask about your history and your goals, and we explain the paths that may be open to you. This is a real conversation, not a sales pitch. You will leave understanding your situation better than when you arrived, even if you decide not to move forward with us.

We agree on a plan

If there is a path worth pursuing and you want to work with us, we lay out the plan: what we will do, what it will cost, and roughly how long it will take. There are no surprises hidden in the fine print. You decide with the full picture in front of you.

We prepare your case carefully

We gather the documents, prepare the forms, and assemble a complete, accurate package. We explain what each piece is for, so you are never handing over paperwork you do not understand. Careful preparation at this stage is what prevents delays later.

We file, and we keep you informed

Once everything is ready, we file with the right agency or appear in court. From there, the timeline is partly in the government's hands, but you will not be left in the dark. We tell you what to expect, update you when there is news, and answer your questions along the way.

We see it through

We prepare you for any interview or hearing, respond to requests from the government, and stay with the case until it is resolved. When it is done, we make sure you understand the outcome and what, if anything, comes next.

Hablamos espanol

At every step, you can speak with us in English or Spanish. En cada paso, puede hablar con nosotros en ingles o espanol.

The First Step Is a Conversation

There is no obligation. We will listen, explain your options, and help you decide what comes next.
